Employee leaderboards and gamification
The leaderboard engine ranks employees by share count + reach + post quality across configurable periods. Prizes (KPC bonus, swag, extra PTO) auto-distribute when a period closes.
Cadence framework

Scoring
The default formula weighs:
- Share count (raw activity)
- Reach (impressions delivered)
- Post quality (engagement rate)
- Diversity bonus (sharing different post categories)

Closing a period
When a period ends, a daily cron (leaderboard:close-due at 00:30 Asia/Baku) picks the top-N, snapshots the standings, and distributes prizes via the prize policy you configured.
Prize delivery
- KPC, wallet credit (immediate)
- Swag, Keepface generates a Tremendous-style gift card link
- Extra PTO, exported to your HRIS via the API hook (where supported)
