Keepface pulls your employee directory daily from BambooHR, Personio, or Workday so EA enrollment stays current without manual CSVs.
If you run Employee Advocacy, the HRIS connection keeps the employee list current without manual CSV uploads.
What gets synced
- Employee name, work email, job title, department, manager
- Active/inactive status (offboards trigger PII auto-purge after the retention window)
- Office location (used for team-level segmentation)
Salary, performance reviews, and other sensitive HR fields are never read.
Connect
- Workspace settings → Integrations → HRIS
- Pick a provider (BambooHR / Personio / Workday)
- Paste the API credentials (instructions per-provider linked in the modal)
- Click Run first sync, pulls the full directory once
- Subsequent syncs run daily at 02:00 Asia/Baku
