Notification channels, email, in-app, push

Keepface delivers every notification on up to three channels, in-app (always on), email, and mobile push. You choose which channels each event uses.

Keepface sends notifications on three channels. You pick the right channel per event type from Workspace settings → Notifications.

The three channels

  • In-app, the bell icon on every Keepface page. Always on; can’t be disabled.
  • Email, sent to the address on your User account. Default for invitations, approvals, payouts, billing.
  • Mobile push, Keepface mobile app (when installed). Default for chat replies and urgent escrow events.

Defaults

We pick safe defaults: financial events and payments use email + in-app, chat uses push, system status uses email only. Override per-event from Notification preferences.
