Per-event notification rules

Every notifiable event has a per-channel toggle so you can mute the ones you don't care about and amplify the ones you do.

Open Workspace settings → Notifications → Per-event rules to see the full matrix.

Event groups

  • Campaign, new submission, approval, dispute opened, dispute resolved
  • Outreach, invitation viewed, accepted, declined; new reply
  • Wallet, top-up succeeded/failed, escrow lock/release, payout sent
  • Billing, invoice issued, payment failed, plan change
  • System, incident, scheduled maintenance, policy update

Per-channel toggles

Each event has three checkboxes, in-app, email, push. Uncheck what you don’t want. Settings are saved per User account, so two people in the same workspace can have different preferences.
