Team member notification overrides

Each User picks their own preferences by default; Owners and Admins can override routing per teammate per event type for high-priority workflows.

By default each user manages their own notifications. Sometimes a campaign needs all alerts to land with one specific person, that’s where overrides come in.

Set an override

  1. Workspace settings → Members
  2. Pick the teammate
  3. Notification override tab
  4. Pick events and channels to force-on (e.g. all campaign disputes → email this person)

Overrides are additive, they add notifications on top of the user’s own preferences, never subtract.

When to use

  • A dedicated campaign manager monitoring all submissions
  • A CFO who must receive every billing event regardless of personal prefs
  • A new hire during onboarding who needs verbose alerts
