Team member notification overrides
Each User picks their own preferences by default; Owners and Admins can override routing per teammate per event type for high-priority workflows.
By default each user manages their own notifications. Sometimes a campaign needs all alerts to land with one specific person, that’s where overrides come in.
Set an override
- Workspace settings → Members
- Pick the teammate
- Notification override tab
- Pick events and channels to force-on (e.g. all campaign disputes → email this person)
Overrides are additive, they add notifications on top of the user’s own preferences, never subtract.
When to use
- A dedicated campaign manager monitoring all submissions
- A CFO who must receive every billing event regardless of personal prefs
- A new hire during onboarding who needs verbose alerts
