Notification preferences
Pick which channels each event uses, chat replies, invitations, approvals, payouts. Configure per workspace if you have multiple.

What’s notifiable
- New invitation from a brand
- Campaign updates, accepted, deliverable due, approved, disputed
- Payments, earnings landed, payout request approved, payout sent
- Affiliate, sale attributed, commission cleared, refund clawback
- Chat, brand replied in a thread
Channels
Each event has three toggles, in-app (always on, can’t disable), email, mobile push (requires the Keepface mobile app installed). Pick what fits your daily flow.
Per-workspace vs per-user
Workspace-level settings (default per workspace) cover work-specific events. User-level settings (security alerts, login from new device) apply across every workspace under your login.
