Your User account vs your workspace
A Keepface User is the login (email + password). An Influencer Workspace is one profile (handle, audience, earnings). One User can own many Workspaces, useful for agencies and creators with multiple identities.
Two different things live under the same Keepface login. Knowing the difference makes settings easier to find.
User
- Your login email + password
- Your User-level notification preferences
- 2FA, security, recovery email
- Connected social accounts you personally own (LinkedIn, X for Employee Advocacy share)
- A list of every Workspace you can switch into
Workspace (Influencer)
- One creator handle and identity (display name, bio, avatar, niches)
- Connected audience platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Campaign history, invitations, deliverables
- Wallet, earnings, payouts
