What is Customer Advocacy

A brand may invite you (as a customer) to share reviews, refer friends, or grant content rights. Participation is opt-in and you control consent at every step.

If you’ve shopped at a brand and they later invite you into their Keepface advocacy program, here’s what that means.

What you might be asked to do

  • Leave a review of your purchase
  • Refer a friend with your own unique link (you earn a reward if they buy)
  • Grant the brand permission to repost a piece of content you tagged them in (UGC rights)
  • Answer a short NPS survey

What’s in it for you

Depends on the program:

  • Discount codes on next purchase
  • Gift cards
  • KPC (Keepface’s internal credit, redeemable for discounts/rewards)

The exact reward is shown on each invite before you accept.

Your privacy

You consent per action, not blanket. Saying yes to a review request doesn’t sign you up for marketing emails. Every invite includes a clear one-click revoke.
