Get invited as a customer advocate

Brands invite customers via signed magic links. Open the link, see the request (review/UGC/referral/NPS), and grant or decline with one click. No Keepface account required for one-off responses.

Brand emails or texts you a signed link like marketplace.keepface.ai/c/{token}. The link is single-purpose (one request) and expires in 30 days.

What you see

A simple page with:

  • The brand’s name + logo
  • What they’re asking for (a review, a UGC rights grant, etc.)
  • The reward (if any)
  • Two big buttons, Grant / Decline (or Submit review if it’s a review request)

You don’t need a Keepface account

For one-off responses, the magic link is enough. We don’t force signup.

Optionally, claim your account

If you want to track all your rewards across brands in one place, the post-response screen offers a Claim your Keepface account option. One-tap sign-up using the email the brand had on file for you.

Privacy

Every magic link includes a clear privacy footer:

  • What data the brand has about you
  • One-click data export
  • One-click revoke all consent
