Submit UGC content for brand approval
A magic link from a brand explains exactly what they want to reuse and for how long. You see the post, the scope (single repost / paid ads / unlimited), and the expiry. One-click grant or decline.
What the magic link shows
- Which post the brand wants, they link directly to it
- Scope, single repost on their official socials, paid ads use, or both
- Expiry, none, 6 months, or 12 months
- Compensation, sometimes a discount, gift card, or featured-customer spotlight
Grant or decline
- Grant, the brand can use the post per the stated scope and expiry. They cannot repurpose beyond that without a fresh request.
- Decline, no rights given. The brand cannot legally reuse the post. No penalty to you.
- Counter, if the page allows it, you can change scope (“paid ads use, but only for 6 months not 12”) and send back to the brand.
Revoke later
You can revoke a previously granted right at any time. Revocation is logged with a timestamp; subsequent uses by the brand would be in violation. Existing posts already deployed during the granted window are typically retained (per the legal terms you accepted).
Privacy
Granting UGC rights doesn’t sign you up for marketing. It’s a one-off content license, not a relationship handshake.
