Employee Advocacy and the HR Manager role
As an employee, you get a queue of pre-approved company posts that you can share to LinkedIn/X with one click. You earn KPC, swag, or PTO via leaderboards.
What you’ll see
If your company runs Employee Advocacy on Keepface, you’ll see a Post Library in your dashboard once HR enrolls you (typically auto-enrollment when you join, via HRIS sync).
The flow
- Connect your LinkedIn / X once at
/user/connections - Browse the post library, pre-approved drafts from marketing
- Pick what fits your audience and add an optional personal lead-in
- One-click share, Keepface posts via the platform API; you stay logged in to your own account
- Earn, every share counts toward team and company leaderboards
What HR sees
Aggregated activity, not individual personality data. Your name appears on team leaderboards (opt-in by default; opt-out preserves your participation without naming). HR cannot read your private DMs or non-EA posts.
What HR doesn’t see
Anything outside the EA flow. Posts you make on your personal LinkedIn unrelated to the company are invisible to Keepface entirely.
Offboarding
If you leave the company, HRIS sync flips your record to inactive. Your EA access is revoked immediately. Your historical share counts are kept anonymized in 90 days, then purged.
