Every brand hub has a Leaderboard page, and every employee of that brand can open it.

Your company decides which periods to run. A period selector appears when more than one is active.
How you score
The board uses the same point economy as your level:

The engagement bonus is the part worth optimising for. It keeps ticking after you post, so one piece that genuinely resonates can outscore a burst of quick shares. Manual shares on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube count exactly the same as one-tap shares on LinkedIn and X, as long as you tap Mark as shared.
Your level, alongside your rank
Points also move you up a ten-level ladder, from Rookie at 0 to Icon at 5,000, with names and perks your company can rename. Your level shows on your avatar and next to your name on the board, so a newcomer with a good week is visibly climbing even while the top of the ranking is out of reach.
Badges sit alongside it: twenty-nine of them across sharing, creating, team spirit, buzz, mastery, streaks and milestones. They live on your hub’s Achievements page with progress bars on the ones you have not earned.
Prizes
Your company sets what each place wins, with a picture and a description. It can be anything real: a gadget, a day off, dinner for two. When a period closes, the standings are snapshotted and the prizes are delivered against that snapshot.

Can I see the whole ranking or just the top few?
The whole thing. The Leaderboard page shows a podium for the top three and then the full ranked list, with your own row highlighted.
When does a period reset?
Weekly on Monday, monthly on the 1st, quarterly in January, April, July and October, and yearly. A nightly job closes each window as it rolls over.
What counts toward my score?
Own posts, shares, comments and likes, plus one bonus point for every ten likes and comments your own content earns.
Do likes I give count as much as a post I write?
No. A like is 2 points and an own post is 20, so participation is rewarded but writing is rewarded far more.
What are the prizes?
Whatever your company set. They show on the leaderboard page with a picture and a description, so you always know what you are playing for.
