Share a post from the library
Open the post library, pick a post that fits your audience, optionally add a personal lead-in, click Share to LinkedIn or X. Keepface posts via the platform API with UTMs auto-injected.
Find the library
Workspace switcher (top-left) → your employee workspace → Post library in the sidebar.
Pick a post
Each card shows:
- Post body (the draft marketing wrote)
- Target URL with the UTMs your share will use
- Suggested platforms (LinkedIn, X, or both)
- Topic tags so you can filter by what you actually want to talk about
Customize (optional)
Click Customize before sharing to add a personal lead-in, e.g. “I worked on this launch, proud of the team. Here’s why it matters: …”, then the official body and CTA.
This is what makes EA actually feel authentic. Pure copy-paste posts perform worse and HR-reading employees can tell.
Share
Click Share to LinkedIn (or X). The post goes live on your account within seconds. You see the live URL in a confirmation toast.
Track
Each share is counted on the leaderboard. View your standing at /me/advocacy/leaderboard.
