We collect what's needed to run campaigns and verify audiences. We don't sell data, don't share with advertisers, and don't train external AI models on your private content.
What we collect
From influencers
- Profile info you provide (name, bio, niches, country, language)
- Read-only metrics from connected social accounts (followers, audience demographics, post performance)
- Campaign activity (invitations, deliverables, earnings)
From brands
- Workspace info (company name, billing, team members)
- Campaign data (briefs, budgets, outcomes)
- Wallet activity
Common
- Account essentials (email, password hash, 2FA secret, sessions)
- Usage telemetry (which pages, anonymized, for product improvement)
How we use it
- Run the platform, matching, payments, reporting
- Verify audience, pull metrics from connected platforms to back the public follower counts
- Detect fraud, anti-fraud heuristics on patterns
- Aggregate analytics, anonymized cohort data for industry benchmarks (no individual identification)
What we never do
- Don’t sell your data. No data broker resale. Ever.
- Don’t share with advertisers. Your audience info doesn’t leak to ad networks.
- Don’t train external AI on private content. Public profile metadata may inform Keepface’s own classification model; private chats and DMs are never used for model training, by us or any third party.
- Don’t read brand-private CRM data. Brand-private notes on influencers are visible only to that Brand’s team.
