Data export and deletion (GDPR)
Request a full data export from User account → Data, delivered via email within 24h. Account deletion runs a 14-day grace period before irreversible purge.
Export
User account → Data → Export everything. We compile your data, profile, campaigns, deliverables, ledger, messages, into a downloadable archive. You receive a private link by email within 24 hours.
Format: JSON for structured data + linked media files. Export anytime, as often as you need.
Deletion
User account → Data → Delete account. Starts a 14-day grace period during which:
- Your profile is invisible (no new invitations, search results, or list inclusion)
- Wallet balances are frozen (cannot top up, withdraw, or spend)
- One-click cancel reverses the deletion request
After 14 days the purge runs. Irreversible. We keep a minimal compliance record (your User ID and dates of completed campaigns + payouts) for legal/financial audit, typically 7 years per most tax regimes, then purged. Everything else is irreversibly removed.
Blockers
Deletion is blocked if you have:
- An active campaign with pending deliverables
- A pending payout
- A balance that you’ve not arranged to withdraw
Resolve those (submit/withdraw) or contact support before retrying.
Right to be forgotten (immediate)
EU residents can request immediate erasure under GDPR Article 17, bypassing the 14-day grace. Email [email protected] with the request. Compliance audit fields are still retained per legal obligation but anonymized to the maximum extent.
