Keepface bans off-platform handoffs, harassment, fake metrics, prohibited content categories, and circumventing the platform's payment/dispute infrastructure.

Prohibited

Off-platform handoffs

Sharing phone numbers, external chat handles, or alternate payment instructions to move the conversation off Keepface. The on-platform record is what protects both sides in disputes.

Fake metrics

Bought followers, engagement pods, view-bot services. We detect with audience-authenticity signals and flag profiles for review. Sustained fakery → account suspension.

Harassment

Personal attacks, threats, or coercive language in any chat or campaign. Reported instances are reviewed by humans within 24 hours.

Prohibited content categories

Adult content
Tobacco, vaping, and similar age-restricted products to under-18 audiences
Get-rich-quick schemes, MLM-style funnels
Drugs, weapons, gambling content where regionally illegal
Hate speech in any form

Circumventing platform infrastructure

Using Keepface for discovery and then paying off-platform. We detect this via patterns, campaign invitations that never get accepted but the influencer suddenly posts about that brand. Repeated patterns → account review.

Reporting violations

Report abuse, instant routing to our trust & safety team. All reports are confidential.

Consequences

First violation, warning + content removal
Second, suspension pending review
Severe (harassment, fake metrics for fraud, illegal content), immediate account termination, balance forfeited if linked to fraud
