Where to report
- Profile: Profile page → menu → Report this profile
- Campaign: Inside the campaign → menu → Report this campaign
- Message: Long-press / hover → Report this message
- Anything else: email

What to include
- A short description of what’s wrong
- Screenshots if visual
- Specific message IDs or campaign IDs if known
- Whether you’ve felt unsafe or threatened (we prioritize these immediately)
What we do
- Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
- Review the evidence (we may need to look at on-platform activity invisible to you)
- Take action, content removal, warning, suspension, or termination depending on severity
- Inform you of the outcome unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation
Confidentiality
The reported party never sees who reported them. We may share aggregated information (“multiple users have reported this account”) but never your identity.
Bad-faith reports
Repeated frivolous reports against the same target (e.g. competitive harassment) are themselves a violation. We track patterns.
Legal
Serious matters (threats of violence, CSAM, fraud) are escalated to law enforcement per legal obligation in each jurisdiction.
