Set up your Employee Advocacy program
Setup has four steps, enable EA, connect HRIS for auto-enrollment, register LinkedIn + X developer apps, invite your HR Manager as a scoped role.
Step 1, Enable EA
Workspace settings → Programs → Employee Advocacy → Enable. Unlocks Employees, Post Library, Leaderboards, and the HR Manager role.
Step 2, Connect HRIS
Skip if you don’t use BambooHR / Personio / Workday, you can still upload CSV. Otherwise see Connect HRIS.
Step 3, Set up OAuth apps
1-click share needs platform OAuth apps. See Connect LinkedIn + X. One-time setup per platform.
Step 4, Invite an HR Manager
If HR will own the day-to-day (managing employees, reviewing offboards), invite them with the HR Manager role, they see employees.* only, no influencer/customer data. See HR Manager role permissions.
