Request a full data export (JSON + media) from User account → Data. Account deletion runs a 14-day grace period before irreversible purge.
Export
User account → Data → Export everything. We compile your data (profile, campaigns, deliverables, earnings ledger, messages) into a downloadable zip, with media files linked. Delivery: email link within 24 hours.
You can export anytime, as often as you want.
Delete
User account → Data → Delete account. This starts a 14-day grace period during which:
- Your profile goes invisible to brands (no new invitations)
- Wallet balances are frozen
- You can cancel deletion with one click
After 14 days the account is purged. We keep a minimal compliance record (your User ID and the dates of completed campaigns + payouts) for legal/financial audit, 7 years per most tax regimes, then purged. Everything else (profile data, messages, audience metrics) is irreversibly removed.
Active obligations
If you have an active campaign or pending payout, deletion is blocked until those resolve. Submit the deliverable or contact support for guidance.
