KPC, what it is and isn't

KPC (Keepcoin) is Keepface's internal credit. 1 KPC equals $1 in value. It powers outreach charges, profile unlocks, and as the universal denominator for platform-internal flows. Not a token, not tradeable externally.

What KPC is

A unit of account on Keepface. When you top up your wallet via Stripe, the money is converted to KPC at a 1:1 ratio with USD value. When you spend on outreach or an Intelligence Unlock, the charge is in KPC.

What KPC isn’t

  • Not a cryptocurrency. No blockchain, no wallets you import elsewhere, no token transfer to external addresses.
  • Not tradeable. You can’t sell KPC to another user on Keepface or off-platform.
  • Not an investment. KPC value is fixed at $1, it doesn’t appreciate.

Why a unit of account

KPC simplifies multi-currency accounting. A brand in Turkey can top up in TRY, the value gets converted to KPC at the 2% FX spread, and the brand sees a single KPC balance. Platform-internal pricing (outreach, unlocks) is set in KPC so all brands see the same price regardless of source currency.

Bonus KPC

Promo top-ups credit some balance as “bonus KPC”, spendable but not withdrawable. Consumed first when you spend. See Bonus balance.

Withdrawing KPC

You can’t directly. Convert KPC to fiat first (subject to FX spread), then withdraw fiat. Brands’ bonus KPC is permanently non-withdrawable.
